CollegeInsider.com has posted their first Mid-Major Top 25, and three teams are among the top 37.
Weber State checks in at number 15.
Montana checks in at number 20.
North Dakota is also receiving votes, effectively placing them 37th.
At times over the past couple of years, it has been a struggle for a team to put one team in the top 25, so this is some nice momentum heading into the season. Hopefully the teams can keep it up!

Weber State and Montana in Mid-Major Top 25
Good to see both teams crawl into the Mid-Major Top 25.
Weber State is 24th, while Montana is 25th. The Wildcats are 5-0 in Big Sky play (before Monday night), while the Grizzlies are 6-0.

Weber State Ranked 22nd in Mid-Major Top 25
After being ranked 22nd last week, Weber State has moved up to 21st in the Mid-Major Top 25.

Weber State Ranked 13th in Mid-Major Top 25
The Wildcats have fallen two spots this week in the Mid-Major top 25, dropping from 11th to 13th.
Once again, no other Big Sky teams received any votes, and it is tough to argue with that. Nobody else has really stepped up and taken over the #2 spot in the Big Sky.

Weber State Ranked 7th in Mid-Major Top 25
The new Mid-Major top 25 came out on Monday, and Weber State was ranked #7!
They were 11 last week, so it is nice to see the move up even if they didn't really do anything. They will move up even further if they can take down St. Mary's, who is ranked #11.
No other Big Sky team received votes. It seems likely Montana would have, if they had beaten North Dakota.

New Mid-Major Top 25 Out, Weber State 11th
The new Mid-Major Top 25 is out, and Weber State clocks in at #11. They are 3-0 with wins over Northern New Mexico, Utah State, and @ UC Irvine. In the initial poll, they were 19th.
However, that performance was not enough for them the top 15 of the Non-BCS teams according to CBS Sports. Hopefully that will change with some more time.
Montana did not receive any votes, but they will have a chance to change that this week. They travel to North Dakota on Wednesday, and then host Long Beach State this week. LBSU is ranked 11th in CBS' poll, and 8th in the Mid-Major Top 25.

Collegeinsider's Mid-Major Top 25 came out on Monday, and Weber State came in 19th. Big Sky member Montana received votes in the poll as well.
The poll is made up of the following conferences: America East, Atlantic Sun, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, Colonial, Great West, Horizon, Independents, Ivy, Metro Atlantic, Mid-American, Mid-Eastern, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Patriot, Southern, Southland, Southwestern, Summit, Sun Belt, West Coast.
Two Big Sky coaches are part of the poll - Tyler Geving of Portland State and BJ Hill of Northern Colorado. Hopefully we can get a couple more Big Sky teams in the poll by season end!
